I am blessed by the fact my studio is rent free. I have electricity but no running water. I use a garden hose for water and run to the house for a bathroom. Sometimes it's either too cold or too hot to work. I only have a fan for summer and a space heater for winter but my shop is a little piece of Heaven on earth.
